A body harness is an adjustable strap garment that follows the lines of the torso, worn over clothing as a statement layer or on its own as lingerie. Typical constructions combine shoulder, underbust, waist and hip straps joined by O-rings.

Wear it over a plain single-colour top, bodysuit or dress so the strap lines stay readable. Keep the rest of the outfit simple; the harness is the focal point. Matching pieces such as a choker or thigh strap tie the look together.

We stock XS to 7XL and most styles adjust at the buckle. Use the measurement chart on each product page, underbust for chest styles, waist for belt styles. If you are between sizes, the adjustable style is the safer choice.

Straps should sit flat with room to slide two fingers underneath. Adjust the widest strap first, then the shoulder or leg straps. If the harness slides out of position when you move, it is too loose.

Do not machine wash faux leather or strap pieces; wipe them with a damp cloth and dry away from heat. Lace and mesh items can be hand washed at 30°C in a mesh bag. Keep metal hardware dry.
